I've been thinking of how the Magic Stone side is going to change with the rotation. It's going to be a little less autonomous when I lose Magic Stone of Moon Light and Magic Stone of Moon Shade. I will be running the 4x Magic Stone of Gusting Skies, but the last two slots are also puzzling me. It will take some play testing to see what all it needs to be.
I will also have to dump parts of the side board, and rework it slightly. Keen Sense is in consideration mostly because of the targeted destruction of the standby area. Having it act as a cancel spell is also nice, but since it can only target normal spells, it will be more situational than Seal of Wind and Light and Wall of Wind. I've also been thinking of slotting in Wolf in the Moonlight, as it would work well having Target Attack, and makes a prime target for Kaguya's Premonition.

You know I never bothered to read Rabbit Trap before and wrote off the whole 1 drop bunnies as dumb. Now that I actually read how it works I will say it's much better than I thought.
I'm at a loss at what to do for my last 2 stones and I know that Magic Stone of Moon Light and Magic Stone of Moon Shade are about to rotate. Currently I am using 4x Moonbreeze's Memoria and 4x Magic Stone of Gusting Skies.
Any ideas on what the last two slots should really be once rotation happens? I play 4x Tsukuyomi Noble so I want double light will by T2 every time. Just putting in two Light stones will cause me to have dead cards Turns 1 and 2 with Moonbreeze Elf and that 1 drop counter.

Looks pretty good, though one big thing of note:
Where is your "moon" attribute? You have many cards in this deck which rely on it for activation, but none of your stones can produce it. This means that your Angel of Wisdom, Cherudim, Demon of the Black Moon, Lilith, Fallen Angelic Destroyer, Lucifer, and Kaguya's Premonition have no way of activating their additional abilities. It really cuts down on their usefulness. I'd recommend dropping your 3x Magic Stone of Light and 3x Magic Stone of Darkness, and replacing them with 2x each of Moonbreeze's Memoria, Magic Stone of Moon Light/Magic Stone of Moon Shade, and Black Moon's Memoria. I personally prefer the Magic Stone of Moon Light to the Magic Stone of Moon Shade, but it does kind of suck to draw them on turn one and have no other attribute production. So to each their own on that choice, just think of which one you would prefer.
Another thing of note is the card count. In Force of Will, your minimum requirements are 10x Magic Stones (because the Magic Stone Deck is separate from your regular deck), and your main deck has a minimum of 40. Including your J/Ruler, an overall deck has a minimum of 51 cards. Obviously, the fewer cards in your deck the more reliably it can perform. Also worth mentioning is that Force of Will is a much faster paced game than MTG can be, because your resources are virtually guaranteed in this game. You can reliably cast a 5 CAC resonator on turn 5, because you will pretty much always have 5 magic stones on turn 5. As such, most decks skew towards lower CAC costs, to avoid drawing too many higher cost resonators and spells early on.
Keeping this in mind, I would recommend dropping your Celestial Wing Seraphs and Fallen Angelic Destroyer, Lucifers down to 2x each. This makes it less likely to draw them early when you can't cast them anyway, but still present in the deck. Also note that when you pay Judgment for Arla, the Winged Lord, and flip him to Arla, the Hegemon of the Sky, he allows you to search your library for an angel resonator and put it into your hand. If you don't draw into either of your "big" angels, then you can simply flip Arla for his Judgment to search one of them up, and summon them the following turn.
I think you can drop the Alice's Little Supply Force entirely, and possibly the 1x Shadow Doppelganger. Cutting these cards, along with the above mentioned angels, drops your 60 card deck to the minimum 51. It also leaves all of the resonators in your deck with Flying, meaning valid targets for Arla, the Winged Lord's buff and the passive boost from Heavenly Garden of Armalla. You are also left with a higher chance of drawing your removals, whether it be Stoning to Death, Demon of the Black Moon, Lilith, or Fallen Angelic Destroyer, Lucifer. Much more useful than an Alice's Little Supply Force. All in all, looks like a really solid first deck.

Looks pretty good. Like I recommended, straightforward, with a few control effects and some combat tricks. A couple of things though:
1) The Moonbreeze Fairy's ability requires a "moon" attribute, and none of your magic stones are capable of producing it. I would recommend either swapping out the Moonbreeze Fairys for 1x more Flame Sprite and 1x more Light Sprite; or switch out your Magic Stone of Light for 2x Moonbreeze's Memoria or Magic Stone of Moon Light. As it stands, your Moonbreeze Fairys are essentially 300/200 flyers and that's it. Either supplying their ability with an attribute source or swapping them out for other fairies will make the deck more effective.
2) Consider using other colored spells than just light-attribute. There are plenty of other goodies to be had, and you already have a diverse attribute base. Consider swapping out Justice of God's Sword for Thunder, for example. Since Thunder can deal damage to either resonators or the opponent and doesn't require a particular trigger to cast instant speed, it has a little bit more utility than Justice of God's Sword. Something to consider.

i'm fairly new to this game (i literally have not played once, just read an explanation of the basic rules last night) but what stands out to me is your magic stone deck
there are multiple magic stones tht give you one of 2 will (your choice which one you get) and has no downside to having them. also if you need some moon will you might want to put more than just one magic stone tht produces moon will. and according to my the website i red the basic rules on, your magic stone deck needs to be between 10-20 cards
so my suggestion would be to change the magic stone deck to be
