Now you can either stay Wind/Fire or go Wind/Fire/Light like littleoni says. If you add light you can play Zero's Familiar but to me the more impressive addition (which is also a Myth) is Izanagi, Keeper of the Seal. And you get Seal of Wind and Light though you might not hit it early. Having a an Izanagi, Keeper of the Seal protected by both a Wind-Secluded Refuge and a Seal of Wind and Light is very good.
To stay just wind/fire change the stones up if you can to 4x Magic Stone of Blasting Waves, 5x Wind Magic Stone and 1x Fire Magic Stone. This way you cannot possibly get double-fire locked early but will still always have double fire by T6 so long as you resolve at least 1x Magic Stone Analysis.

For now replacing those with Shining Strike might be helpful. I love S-Strike for stalling against Laevateinn, the Demon Sword with Valentina, the Princess of Love, Zero, Six Sage of Light, or Umr at-Tawil, Master of 1000 Keys.
Rabbit Trap is like a 3.75/5 IMO. Really pretty useful against Umr at-Tawil, Master of 1000 Keys and Zero, Six Sage of Light. Also works against something like Flame King's Shout which is seeing more play with Flame Dragon of Altea entering the format. I guess my point is it may have weaknesses but it also has a lot of strength in this new and more combat focused meta.
Possible new sideboard cards include Sorceress of Heavenly Wind, Melfee and Glorius, The Silver Knight. I like Melfee because she's only one will, has Quickcast, and can make and mana. She helps fuel your Judgement and is a 2/5 at least as far as "Resonators that are good with Interdimensional Vessel, Apollo" goes.

I've been thinking of how the Magic Stone side is going to change with the rotation. It's going to be a little less autonomous when I lose Magic Stone of Moon Light and Magic Stone of Moon Shade. I will be running the 4x Magic Stone of Gusting Skies, but the last two slots are also puzzling me. It will take some play testing to see what all it needs to be.
I will also have to dump parts of the side board, and rework it slightly. Keen Sense is in consideration mostly because of the targeted destruction of the standby area. Having it act as a cancel spell is also nice, but since it can only target normal spells, it will be more situational than Seal of Wind and Light and Wall of Wind. I've also been thinking of slotting in Wolf in the Moonlight, as it would work well having Target Attack, and makes a prime target for Kaguya's Premonition.

I really like this. Have you ever considered having the other version Machina, the Machine Lord in your sideboard? He's from Alice cluster so he won't rotate out unlike Grim cards once Curse of the Frozen Casket comes out.
The reason I ask is if an opponent starts ripping apart with cards like Soulhunt, Recollection of Dystopia, and that other 1 drop discard you're going to want to be able to switch into a ruler that can counter 7-12 of the 55 non-stone cards they brought with them.
Also because of Interdimensional Escape I would storngly reocmmend you have not just Wall of Wind but also Seal of Wind and Light. Since you're not using anything but I guess I'm recommending you have Magic Stone of Gusting Skies x4.

If you want to stick with Kaguya then use Tsukuyomi Noble at least as a 3x. Even if the ability is not relevant having 3x chump/blocker and card draw is just good for the deck.
I really think you should use Conqueror of the Black Moon, Gill Lapis if you are not going to take advantage of the "draw" and "awakening" synergy with Kaguya.
Also you need Interdimensional Escape if you're playing control as this card alone is what keeps Faerie and Machine decks in check.
Another decent card for a hard control deck is Reflect, the Beginning of Time. It's a little mana intensive but if you have some 1 will costed utility, some 2 will costed single target removal, and interdimensional escape, you should have will left over to put counters on it. At the very least it can block fast ground resonators in the opening hand.
Also some people are starting to not play Shining Strike but I say it's still a fantastic card, especially since you are trying to survive to T6. It pairs VERY well with Reflect, the Beginning of Time.
This should pretty much guarantee you live to T3 for an Interdimensional Escape (or "IE") no matter how many cards they can toss out. Once you've landed your first IE you then start getting to the point where you can play 2 cards a turn, and once you get to 5 will you want to be able to do this every turn:
Threat + Removal
Threat + IE
Removal + IE
Your "Threat" on turns 4 and 5 is Tsukuyomi Noble. Once you get to T8 that's when you should be playing your big bombs. Make sure you keep one Seal of Wind and Light to protect an Izanagi, Keeper of the Seal because if he dies you're sort of done for.
